4. Opposition Period:
If the application passes examination, it is published in the official gazette. During the 60-working-day opposition period, third parties can oppose the registration and provide relevant evidence.

5. Final Examination:
After the opposition period ends, the examiner reviews whether the application meets all legal requirements, including correct classification and accurate applicant information.

6. Trademark Certificate:
Once the application fulfills all conditions, YIPO issues a trademark registration certificate. This grants the applicant exclusive rights to use the trademark in Yemen for the specified goods or services.
