This publication serves as notice to the public, allowing interested third parties to file oppositions within a specified period, typically three months from the publication date.
- Review of the application and Trademark Certificate:The Syrian Trademarks Office will review the application to ensure it meets all legal requirements and does not conflict with existing trademarks. If the application is approved, the office will issue a trademark registration certificate, granting the applicant exclusive rights to use the trademark in Syria for the specified goods or services.
