How to file a trademark in El Salvador?

To file a trademark in El Salvador, the form must contain at least the following:

Formal Examination
After the opposition period ends, the examiner reviews the application in detail. They confirm whether it meets all necessary requirements, including correct applicant information, nationality, address, and appropriate classification of goods or services.

Final Review and Trademark Certificate
Once the application clears all stages, including examination and opposition (if any), the IP Office issues a resolution granting the trademark and delivers the Certificate of Registration.
